Mandatory Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) For Large Buildings
If you own, manage or represent a commercial or residential building that’s 100,000 square feet or larger, you may be required to report its energy and water use by July 1, 2019 under Ontario’s Energy and Water Reporting and Benchmarking (EWRB) initiative. By July 2020, you may be required to report on buildings over 50,000 square feet.
